My simple phase converter

By the way I've got 2static phase converters from Phase-a-matic available if some one is on the(cheap & quick) trying to get a machine up & running.One is brand new & the other one is the one I had on my milling machine.

Sounds like a sprag clutch. They are used on ag tractors that don't have a true live PTO to allow the brush hog to spin freely while the tractor isn't moving. I had one on a 58 model 40 series except it was locked up. Had for some interesting mowing..... the brush hog would keep pushing you when you wanted to stop because it was stuck.
