My first rifle build on my Grizzly GO709 (50 BMG)

very nice work Booshwayman!
i'm a glutton for punishment too, although i have never shouldered a .50 BMG
i have fired the .410 Barrett and still think about it and smile about if when i'm feeling down.
(for some {idiotic} reason we are not allowed our 2nd amendment rights in CA, i can't own a .50BMG anything)

my deer rifle is a Ruger No.1 im 7mm rem mag.
i love the smack in the shoulder when it goes bang.

great work on the rifle, too bad i don't live closer, i'd pay to set a few off ;)

Great job on the rifle build . No recoil reducers at all besides the weight. Even at sixty pounds it'll thump YA good. I've shot lots of ten gauge shotgun and I too eat recoil it's an addiction . I've been bruised and rub burned but love it . We had an old double 10 that both barrels went off at once it only weighed about seven pounds . That DERN near Sat me on my butt. I thought it broke my shoulder . I eventually fixed it and the guy I sold it to loves it for deer hunting. I don't think the fifty would do me any harm. 6'4" , 300@ of use to be muscle not now just flab. I still would shoot it and love it. Nice rifle
