This might be too long for your application but it will change MT3 inside to MT2 outside.

I've found a cheap extension socket in UK and will try it and then decide if I sell the center or not. But I would like to keep it.
I have a chinese made MT2 live center arriving soon, but it should be like comparing a Fiat with a Ferrari... both will get me there but its not the same...

Have you checked with Rohm to see if they sell a MT2 shaft to fit the live center you have?
