Impressive!!! What cable did you use? The second that is ready for release, I will be on it like white on rice on a paper plate in a snow storm!
This is ready to ship. TDA-400/420 orders that are going into the mail this Monday will come with v3.2 firmware.Impressive!!! What cable did you use? The second that is ready for release, I will be on it like white on rice on a paper plate in a snow storm!
Yuriy, how good is that device? im thinking of replacing my factory dro with one on my grizzly. This is ready to ship. TDA-400/420 orders that are going into the mail this Monday will come with v3.2 firmware.
For stuff that's in the field, this will be available via OTA update, once I finish that infrastructure (in a few months).
The best part is that Mitutoyo scales don't need any special level shifters, etc. Just a cable adapter. (Mitutoyo sent me full spec for the protocol, and the TDA-4xx adapters are compatible.)
This is the cable I used: https://amzn.to/3K2AJ4w.
This is the scale in the photo: https://amzn.to/4ab8k7a
There are a few other additions to the firmware. Namely, it also supports BIN6 scales (Shahe and various Chinese calipers), has better brownout handling, and tachometer that can handle warp speeds (someone needed 200KHz, so it now handles that).

Yuriy
I'm assuming you had to cut the cable? Where can I find the pinout? This is ready to ship. TDA-400/420 orders that are going into the mail this Monday will come with v3.2 firmware.
