Milling (or routing) Lexan?

I'd cut it just like wood. If you want the edges to look nice and pretty use a propane torch and heat the edged to get them to shine.
 
working with glass for yrs we used lexan quite a bit, we used circulars saws band saws routers and dremels to cut it in shapes, we always wet sanded the edge with a belt sander with water:)) mac
 
If I remember right a couple of drops of methyl ethyl ketone on a rag wiped across the edge after sanding out the saw or cutter marks will make it look like polished glass.
