Must have too much time on my hands. Did a spreadsheet for the chart in the MOLO that I referenced above that calculates the rpm per the formula in the MOLO. RPM = (3.82*SFPM)/OD. I'll try to figure out a similar spreadsheet for the mill.

Did a spreadsheet for the mill based on the formulas in my 1915 Machinery's Handbook. There were different formulas for steel, cast iron, tool steel, and brass. The MH didn't have a formula for aluminum.
