Making a flycutter

I went to the metal supply today and picked up some tool steel drops among other things to use for making some more fly cutters. Why tool steel? Because for some reason I can cut it on my lathe to a beautiful finish and have issues with getting a mirror like finish on anything else. I have some ideas rolling around my head to try out. I am sure someone has already thought of them but it keeps me out of trouble,
