Making a blow mold this week

Fellow friends, I got an order for a dish detergent bottle blow mold on Friday. So far I managed to finish the roughing with overstock of 1 mm. While the whole part relaxes the residual stresses from the mill and the milling, I will generate the code for the finishing.
This part is interesting, because the bottle has feature ribs that call for undermachinning, forcing me to go to five axes. I want to share my passion and work with you, sort of gives me a feeling that I could contribute with something. Here are some photos, Later I will post a video with the whole machinning compresses to important parts of the process.

just finished the 5 axes code for the finish, all day on it, I will wait for the cheap power rate hour, and finish, if the tool lasts, tomorrow we will have the first halve finish. Here is a picture of the virtual machine code trial.

Looks good you should be proud.

Still can be improved, there is a very thin line across the whole cavity, created by the toolspinning more time there while the table spins. It will be erased on the polishing stage, but I will try restrict the B axe from 75 to 105 degrees and see if it disappears, I will have to check if the understock dissappears though on the side ribs, plus tolerance variability from the cut changing from axial to lateral.
