Standing on end and standing on edge would seem clear enough.

If you need to stand it on edge to use a corner rounding end mil it is much better to clamp it to an angle plate than to try to hold it in the vise.

Thanks Jim Dawson, I never would have thought of using carbide roundover woodworking bit for metal but I used one today and it worked better than I expected -- Jack

I use them often, had to make some flexible raceway for the cables on my cnc plasma table (no local suppliers). This is a stack of maybe 16 guage aluminum sheets formed with one.


Then bent


To make the raceway. Not pretty but functional.
