Well I got it all cleaned up and back together. Only issue is the collar has an M4 socket head screw that I have to turn the head down from 7mm to 5.5mm. the 3mm socket strips out before I get it tight enough to not slip.
Well the screw I was trying to use was 20mm long and the stock screw was only 12mm long. I thought the whole would of been tapped all way through but it wasn't.
