Light Duty Welding Table.

All you need is 1/2-3/4' plate with a nut welded on top for the t-nuts on this thing. Just find the closest nut size that slides though the narrow part of the slot and weld it on with two sides parallel to two sides of the plate. Just don't weld the parallel sides. Unless you happen to have some 1-1/2" by 2" stock laying around or some thing to cut them out of. Other wise them nuts could get pretty costly.
