Yes and no, I suppose. In a perfect world, I'd have to agree.

Our company just released 3 new products last week and the manual was a must ship with the product. Looks like PM has been "working" on the manual since last July. Even in a mediocre world manuals are done when the product ships. Period.

(Some) car manufacturers routinely release new models before replacement parts and/or collision repair procedures have been written or crash-tested. Sometimes 2 years in, they are still not available. Now that should be a crime! Don't wreck your new Hy un dai !

Um what? I have owned a Hyundai Santa Fe for 10 years and looking at buying another new one. One of the most reliable cars I have ever owned.
