Know a good video on grinding a nose radius and honing on HSS lathe tools?

Whatever you do get good magnification. I thought I was pretty good until I found a stereo microscope for cheap. My jewelers goggles didn't give me the ability to really see like that thing does. It showed right away what was working and what wasn't. Best $40 I've spent on my tooling yet.
