Keller Die Filer help

Does anyone have a Keller 1A Die Filer
If so can you check the main pully and tell me what size it is. The one I have does not let the guard fit on properly. Think someone change it out for a larger one.
Have it almost finished, can run it without the guard, but since I rebuilt the whole thing Figure I should finish it and put the guard on. Etc.
Also does anyone have any Die Filer files they would like to get rid of. I need to get some.

On mine the drive pulley is 1.5" OD and the driven pulley is 6" OD.

Thanks I will go measure it. Mine is the deluxe model with a drive that has 2 diff sizes. But figure the driven should be the same.

Mine is about the same, I will say it runs a little fast so if you can slow it down you might be happier. You can make your own files by grinding the ends of regular files so they cut on the downstroke.

Measured and mine is 6 inch, may just set it up without it at this point. Had a project I wanted to use it on but did not get all the parts in time for that one but, I will get it finished and usable as I figure it will use it. Thought about the grinding of the files, and may still do that.
