Yeah, that's it. I may have to resort to a reproduction. In principle, I don't really like the idea of buying from someone who reproduces something that he doesn't own the rights to. But I guess you could argue that they are providing a service with some value. $13U.S. isn't too bad. Even a good PDF would be fine. Thanks Frank.
