The spindle housing to ram interface. Although it seems that the document is referring to 051 as a crossrail and 517 appears to be a hex nut?
Anyway, in the attached photos, below the WISECO sticker are the shafts which govern the rotation. The right one is the lock, the left turns a worm gear which rotates the head (accessible from either side of the machine) When the lock is engaged, the head can still be rotated about 2-3 degrees. When forcing it to rotate these few degrees when it is locked, the worm gear shift will move in and out. I see no tbolts to tighten this in place.
The other photos show beneath the access cover on top of the ram- this seems to be the only point of interface connect between the two sections, but I am not sure how to go about disassembly, as I am not sure what I am going to discover once I start wrenching.
