Is the MAX diameter of flycutter circumference the same as "Max. Face Milling Capacity" for a bench mill?

Perhaps I should ask this question instead: what is the largest flycuting diameter that can/should be done on a PM-30MV ?

I like those! Two inserts and available in SEHT and APKT. Much better balanced than a regular flycutter. Might have to get one.

The "Max. face milling capacity" of my bench mill is 76mm

Does the mill have the same flycutting circumference limit ?

There are two limitations::
a) distance between the spindle and the column
b) how slow you can run the spindle

My 940 says 80mm face mill but the mill will do more and I have run a 6" fly cutter and I am building a 9" fly cutter. also note worthy, typically a face mill can and is used for hogging material (deeper cuts) while a fly cutter is used for skimming the face for finishing.
