Just joking. I haven't screw cut threads that fine but I would imagine that my Micro 100 tool would cut it. The included angle for fine threads is the same so as long as the projection of the cutting tip is sufficient and the depth capacity of the bar is sufficient then the bar should cut it.
Kaiser/Thinbit makes excellent small tools, I use many of their small grooving tools with great success.
Very well made and they have a wide variety of inserts for most tools, never having used one of their threading tools I can not give an opinion on them specifically but if they are anywhere near as good as the grooving tools they would be my first choice for your type of production run in that material.
