If you had the chance-ideas for a "dream shop"

This may end up being my dream shop or (nite mare) according how you look at it. I can buy it for $21,000.00 with $5,000.00 down owner finance. It's 1700 sq ft. on a 60 x 140 lot with all crushed gravel. Needs a lot of work, new roof, electrical upgrades and other cosmetics. The real downside is no water or sewer. Upside, is it will be mine, and it will be paid for in 5 years or less.

how much electrical service does it have?
dont look to bad to me for $21k.. nice fence too. it'll be some work but i think it be worth it to you, especially under your situation at your current place..

Both Shops have 100 AMP Service 110 V & 220 V. I did all the wiring my self, and have never had any problems, but I over kill on everything I do,
i used heavyer wire than i needed, and that helps, the only thing i have that pulls more than 50 amps is my welding machines

You'll probably have to upgrade your electrical service if you plan on equipment such as cnc machinery and 250amp plus tig welders....
