Ok now i think I see the "mounting pin" part was not square when welded to the flat stock making it look like the leaning tower of Pisa!Is there a possibility you Could cut the Pin out by either grinding away the weld or cutting into the flat stock t slitting the flat stock down to the pin to help remove? Or maybe just cut it off all together and then just remake that "pin" portion with a long enough flat stock to reattach to the pully by welding or by drilling a few holes so you could bolt it together?
I would think you could heat the pin end of the assembly with a propane torch and carefully bend it back to some semblance of straightness.
I'm sure it's soft Chinese steel, not too difficult to bend.
