Forgive me for not finding a suitable category for this topic, if there is, please move the forum manager to the appropriate category!
I designed a chuck key according to my own needs and used it by myself. Later, I made some chuck keys in small batches under the advice of my friends and sold them on Amazon. Unfortunately, I am not good at sales, sales are very bad, after a long time of inventory, I decided to give them up.
The reasons are as follows :1. The early design lacks enough experience, and the pitch of the thread is slightly large, resulting in the locking force is not very large. 2. Also because of the problem of pitch, knurled nuts are easier to loosen. 3. The wall thickness of the nut is large, resulting in some imbalance in proportion, excessive and abrupt, and the lack of smooth lines. 4. The R Angle milling cutter was not used during processing, resulting in excessive square without arc and sharp edges. 5. The hole lacks chamfer, which is ugly and easy to scratch the skin. 6. Lack of vacuum furnace in heat treatment, resulting in rusty red appearance. (I expect the color to be frosted white.) 7. The machining depth of the plane is also lower than my drawing requirements.
For the above reasons, these gifts I do not accept any blame and claims and other disputes.
I plan to donate 60 pieces to the forum, because I don't understand the rules of Amazon and I don't know the specific operation process.
These keys are now in the warehouse of Amazon. I should probably choose the return operation, but I don't know how many addresses can be returned, and then the number of each address. If you are familiar with Amazon rules, please give me some guidance. So that I can successfully complete the transfer from Amazon's warehouse to the warehouse of American friends.
I only post one picture here, please help me delete it if it violates the rules.
Let me first state that this donation has no commercial purpose, although it may have some suspicion of publicity. My initial plan is to move from the warehouse to the address designated by the forum, and then the forum will distribute the gifts according to the actual needs of the friends of the forum, and I will not contact the recipients directly.
The giveaway only has 11*11mm square keys!!!
