I can finally get back to assembling my hydraulic press. Today, we simply assembled a test circuit, used a contactor, and a control box, and now we can do some simple hydraulic action tests.
I think this is a very rough hydraulic cylinder, and the push rod is not electroplated? And it has been rusted, I carefully use fine sandpaper to remove the rust and apply lubricating oil, fortunately, it can still be used.
First make a hexagonal mold, and then heat the cylinder after stamping, the result is forming or good, but, because there is no fixed tooling, so the pressure is crooked!
The overall conclusion is that it is fully competent for the work, and I will make a complete tool in the future.
