How would I drill a hole in a hardened vee block?

The make drill fixtures for drilling round rods that have a variety of holes in them already. You DON'T want to take a chance on ruining a good "V" block.

If you are interested in making one, I can give you a drawing to go by, or if you want, PM me and we can discuss it and I can make you one. Just don't take a chance on ruining a good tool to use it as something else.

Hi,

I came across this video a few months ago. It's a simple, basic fixture to cross-drill round stock. The video describes how to make the fixture very simply;you can find the video here. This might be an alternative to your vee-block drilling.
