How to remove cutter from Armstrong boring bar?

In pineyfolks pict the wrench on the left is the one. I talked to our old farm manager today and told him what I had and needed he said go to such and such a draw in the shop. There's a handle of them in there take one. So, I have that solved. Didn't get a chance to take it apart tonight, but will this week.
