How Do I DELETE my pics so I can UPLOAD other Pics!!

I cant post pictures , I tried a couple times in the last few days and the attachment manager just doesn't respond properly ....When i click on it it makes a loud click and a pop up says click here to post picture ....and thats as far as it gets

I just logged on as you,edited your post, and added the H-M logo as an attachment and it worked fine.


Added this too.
