Home Grown Carbide Tool Grinder?

Anyone know what the motor speed is on a carbide grinder. I know they are a higher rpm than the average bench top.

The Baldor says 3600, the Enco and Grizzly are 3450,

I am just wondering, Where do you get the seeds to grow a tool grinder?

The seeds are dollar bills, but you need to start with a goodly number of them to get a sufficient crop.
