Holding End Mills?

I have R8 collets, end mill holders and ER 16 & 32 collets. I use whatever is appropriate for the work I am doing. For heavy cuts I use the endmill holders. Tools can walk out of collets under heavy loads.

One advantage of the ER collets is the ease of changing tools below the spindle rather than having to reach for the drawbar.
