Great video's
I just bought the same grinder (not on sale but 20% off) and these are the mods it needs. I actually bought this same grinder years ago and returned it after checking the run out and it was way out of advertised spec. I swapped it for another one and took it back as it was about the same or worse. I know its a Baldor knockoff and I really wanted it so I bought it again and was going to tweak it. These video's are great for that.
