The Grizz follow-rest I ordered is part # P9249800. The holes lined up right outta the box. I expect it probably fits lots of other Taiwanese and Chinese 12" lathes, from other years and with other nameplates on them. JET, LAM, Select, Lantaine, Tida, Samson, Warco, Wey Yii, to name a few.
I wrote up my experience ordering from Grizz here. It wasn't all bad... Pretty cool to be able to buy parts to fit a 40+ year old machine.
The quality/precision of the follow rest is not great though. I may end up rebuilding it to reduce the slop where the "fingers" slide in the main casting.
But if you want a follow-rest and your requirements for precision aren't too strict... Looks like it might actually work.
