If he or anyone is missing them they carry extra sets and a wrench at Lowe s and some other places

Your grinder has a 5/8 th shaft most flap disc cutting discs grinding discs have a 7/8th hole your grinder has a flanges but with a raised 7/8th lip to fit discs with a 7/8th hole like in the pic if you don't have those you can get replacements at many hardware storesprod_13180268419.jpeg
 
Good thing they were cheap, they wore out almost immediately, I’ll go back to the Plantex ones from Germany ($4/ea), not only do they last longer, but without the cheesy woven fiber back, are trim able, to get to back to a unobstructed cutting edge.
