Found a metal Planer! + other tools

Went to a place full of old iron there is a 10 foot b and s straight edge we went into the barn there it was my dream came true there was a metal planer it was used to bore cylinders no shifter or bridge the the bottom half and the uprights and we got a 15 by 18 cast iron surface plate and a thing of planer tools pics to come
 
Here are the pics and some other old iron that was there and a massive Allen wrench and a huge ball bearing Peyton took a few pictures too which will be added and a carbide tipped indicator the measured to the tenth but it was seized huge snap gauges and some herring bone gears (?)

Somebody used to do a lot of work there back in the day it seems. I'll assume those are not inhabited wasp/bee nests behind you :grin:
 
My Grandmother told me about my dad bringing home a supposedly empty nest, and leaving it in the laundry room, She was chased out when she went in. There was quite a ruckus at home, and he damn well had better get them out of there. :)
 
Interesting stuff out there. As always, it's a bit sad to see all that machinery turning to rust - especially the straight edge!
 
Half the stuff I wanted he did no want to sell like the big Allen wrench but he does want to sell the planer:)
