Well, I finally got all the replacement parts for the HF saw and put them on. The saw seems to run pretty well, and the blade hasn't jumped the wheel (yet), so that's good. Other than needing more stability, it might turn out to be an OK purchase.
That being said, I also received the taper attachment parts I've been looking to get. Finished installing it today, except for the different longer CF screw - I'm not quite sure on how to proceed with that yet, so it will get some study time... Anyone willing to throw some advice at me feel free. I want to be able to disengage the attachment most of the time, and yet not have to do a lot of tinkering when it comes time to use it. Any advice, tips and tricks? I think I finally have this lathe set up the way I wanted it, and the way it was meant to be.:biggrin:
