It might be a great deal but probably not at $1500.
Depending on your budget there are some known decent new machines that won’t set you back much more.
If it were me I’d go look at it with some measuring tools and about 12 Benjamin’s. If it checked out okay I’d make an offer but if it was a dud I’d walk away.
The Rockwell machines in that class are a
known quantity but you have to figure this one isn’t as good. And being an obscure make (badge) doesn’t help the value.
