Ever heard of a Mill Master?

my B&S tooling cost more then the machine did. probably the best thing you can do for a #9 taper is a 1in tool holder. However i now have the tools, and a mill in excellent condition that works as new.
 
It's gonna be a long winter. Looks like a nice project. Plus, it sounds and looks like it was in actual use recently, not just in a warehouse. Even if oddball collet, you could buy a 3/4 inch collet from ebay or hardinge and use with Tormach TTS holders at a very reasonable price (with some loss of z height).
 
If I had the space and saw that locally... at a scrap price.... I would absolutely inquire further. Looks like a solid machine.
 
The guy called me today and said I could buy it.
I was thinking a couple hundred $ but he came right out and said $100. I said I could come after work about 4:00 with a loader tractor. He said fine.
So I called my pal Kenny and he came over and we went and got it.
Hauled it home the 3 blocks on the forks and got it in the garage.
I took the goofy shroud off of it.
Looks like it's a B&S #9 Collet.
Maybe not so good?
I'll need some help from you guys on finding something that will work without getting into a kerfluffle with the "war department".

P.S.
I used about half a can of PB Blaster on it - every rusty surface and all the oil cups.
Have another question for you guys.
What is the best way to clean the rust off of it?

One more question:
I got these collets with some other junk I bought last summer.
Don't know what they're for.
What's the chances I could trade them somewhere for some B&S stuff.
