There is some glitches in the site. I was ordering a mill from the "Hot Deals" catalog. Going through the regular catalog it was regular price in the cart. I went to the "Hot Deals" catlalog & added it to the cart & it was the sales price. I then added the "Cyber" & "Monday" codes for the 25% off & free shipping that both worked. Then I seen an add on of the 6" vice & added it also. It took the 25% off the sales price but I didn't catch it shiped it as fraight instead of UPS & charged $80 for shipping of the vice.
I called them the next day & they credited me for the shipping of the vice. They are really easy people to get along with & seem to go above & beyond to take care of their costumers. I've been dealing with them for a while & I really like buying from them. I had two items I wasn't hapy with & they had one of the items replaced & at my house the next day & the other one I was undecided so she just told me to do what ever I wanted with it & gave me a refund.
