Acetone beats that, at -18C. I've noticed that a beaker with acetone in it gets noticeably cooler than room temperature because it's evaporating so fast.
Carbon disulfide is even lower, -43C. But its autoignition temperature, the temperature at which it actually bursts into flame, is just 102C. No way I want that stuff in my house!
