Central Machinery 981 mill handwheels needed

You can get a hand wheel that has a smaller hole and machine the hole in your lathe (if it is working). You also could machine a key way using your lathe. (Or fixture a file to do the same.) I had to bore out the hand wheel I purchased, and add a key way. Both were done on my lathe.

The advantage of having machines is we can make or modify what we have... When I first started out, I kept on thinking that I was stuck - or couldn't buy exactly what I needed. After a while I finally came around to, "what's stopping me from making or changing this?" It was a liberating moment.

The hub should be big enough for your pin holes and the center hole can be bored to size.

I am in need of replacement handwheels for the table, specifically the right and left side wheels.
Did you ever find the wheels ? I have a box full of wheels here .

No sir, nothing that matches the specs that I provided. They measure 5" across and the bore is 3/4" inner diameter. The hand wheels sit on a spindle that is 1.24" long and .664" in diameter.
