Hello all, I have an Enco 110-2075 rebuild thread here on the forums, my stand is almost ready for paint and I would like to paint it to look like a Jet Elite with a similar color scheme...

I don't want to get me or the forums in trouble by posting photos as I work because I don't know if painting my lathe like that is a No No..! It won't have the name Jet Elite but will look kind of similar to one, for fun I may paint Enco Ultra on it as the name...!

My question is, will painting and posting photos my Enco looking like a Jet Elite cause any issues on the forum..?

If this could be an issue, then I will cease posting any photos of it on the forums once I start painting.

Thanks for any help with this.

As long as you don't make it look like a school shop sort of thing, you'd be pretty safe.

This is the look I am shooting for, I will also make the back splash too...

This Is what I started with... its stripped down and almost ready for paint, well the stand is anyway.

Not sure what you mean by school shop.. All my other tools are Black and Grey pretty much so I would like to keep with that.

Only way that will get you in trouble is if you also happen to be doing something illegal in your photos. Keep your meth, hookers, and stolen guns out of all the pictures.
