Broaching

Another question, with this example. Say you have the size B 1/8" and the smallest bushing it comes with is 1/2". Could you make a bushing to fit a 3/8" hole, and use the B size cutter? Just trying to make an informed purchase.

No, it would not work; the B size broach is too big to fit into the hole, and there would be no room for the bushing.
