Yep, I thought cougar but claw marks indicate dog.

I'm torn between dog or coyote, but I'm leaning towards a dog. Not that I'm an expert. The first thing I'd look for though is "Do the tracks go in a fairly straight line?". Domestic dogs tend to get distracted and wander. Wild dogs (I gues "canines" properly) they tend walk mostly straight lines or follow terrain accurately.

Claws are too small for bear. Their nails are scary long. Also a bear has 5 toe pads and a palm.
