I checked this web page, but on trying to create an account I ran into request for certificate number etc.. Is there a page where I can enter without having any of their requirements.?

I have just found my own answer. I went direct to "YOU TUBE" typed in MIT Macine Shop. There I found what looks like a good number of the videos all ready for viewing.

I was able to view and download these videos without having to create any kind of account. As noted in another reply, it looks like you can get these via youtube now anyway.

I have also gone back to the original Tech page, and found I had no trouble viewing the videos there. I don't know why I got onto the page that asked for all those other details.. I have watched a couple of the videos and have book marked it for another day..

We have a fine machine shop set of courses with top notch instructors several having more than 30 years experience each in the practical fields of manual machine shops technical fields. There are a number of courses from CAD drawing, manual machining C.N.C., G Code and Master Cam available.

East Field College in Dallas County is probably one of the few Junior colleges in Texas that offers great hands on training in the machine shop trades. They offer a certificate program as well as an Associate’s degree program.
I am 72 and if they can teach an old man like me they can teach anyone, just give it a try both day and evening classes available.
