I think you are right! Or possibly a hole punch.

Long day Friday, but I was able to pick up the mill and a bunch of other stuff. The motor is a new 3 phase 1/2 hp 1725rpm motor that I'd like to trade for a 1 phase in similar condition if anyone is interested. I've got the mill set up for now in the horizontal configuration. I still need to do some work to it before it's ready to run. The KO Lee tool and cutter grinder was a nice surprise to find, but it also needs work before I can use it.
