If it says "Baldor", and I can afford it, the answer is always "yes". Try to bid him don a little, and take it if you can afford it. Baldor stuff keeps its value.

it is only .315 wide don't know what it fits

I just picked that one. They also have 1.5 and 3" belts that are shorter. I believe these are mainly for lapidary work but would probably grind carbide just fine.
