It is actually 0.375" not 0.400" from the horizontal dovetail surface, and 2" center to center

Thanks mark663, your model is close to mine so 2” it is. Grinderman was at 3” but unknown model. It looks like you don’t have a Dro on your lathe.

So sorry, 2” center to center on the holes is correct. Again this is on a 10F

Good, we are all in agreement and we know the 10" and 12" are the same

That looks like my lathe in your photo. The holes are 2" apart and .375" to center from the horizontal dovetail surface.
