Appropriate way to hold end mill?

If someone has a 3/4" end mill holder (Weldon style) I would appreciate if you could check the depth for me. Otherwise I will order one from Amazon and return it! I have a couple of those HHIP holders and they seem to be fairly accurate.

I never use the double enders in my mill but I did make some adaptors the use them in my lathe.
