This is going to be all Pcmaker's fault :grin:, I've been chewing on this all afternoon for my needy lathe.
With even just the one scale it might be a deal. Get a long one and then look for a compatible slim-line for the cross-slide.
Here's it flashes $46.99 then goes to $85.99 also...

That's what I thought, I was hoping you figured out the secret handshake.
 
Didn't buy anything. What I really want is for a good micrometer and caliper to go on sale.
 
I think that the cost of one of the scales, not sure though. You have to pick the pictures and add to cart each of the items.
 
Something else that interesting is that when you hover over the tab the 'title' of the page pops up, and it shows US$46.99

Price is dependent on size of the scale you choose.

When the page loaded I got the $46 price, but the default size was 1000mm which changed it to $115

Went through all the sizes and it changed for all of them
