Anyone built a rust removal tank? How did you do it?

I use TSP in preference to Soda. Its a bit stronger and is a good strong degreaser all by itself.

How much TSP do you use with 5 gallons of water? Thanks
 
Have you used this method on aluminum and how did it work? Thanks
 
How long is the solution good for if you use TSP in a 5 gal bucket at 1/4 cup per gal .Thanks
 
Do you just wipe of the anode with a paper towel ?
 
I got my tank up and running . I am using a 10 amp automatic battery charger . Here the deal when in use it is only putting out 2 amps . Do I need to get something that will put out 10 amps all the time . Thanks
