I think the last time that tool changer changed a tool was in the video of it running. It does work. That machine has only had about 20 minutes of spindle time on it since the retrofit was done. Just really have no use for the machine.

I will for sure. I'll start organizing the pictures and get something started. Something about breathing life into things that people push into corners that I enjoy. Not sure my wife agrees with my logic, but I will have the machine working in the shop making parts so it pays for itself. Case in point I found an old power hacksaw Christmas Day for sale for $75 .
It will be something to play around with and I'm sure I'll be able to convince myself it was a good deal. hahaha.. Happy new year!
