Aluminum Chip Welding..?

It's a fairly common problem with aluminum. I also think it's the quality of the metal. I've never had this happen before, and there are probably several factors. In my case, I was running the bar too slow, 300 RPM. All tools were un coated. I'm going to try again at 600 rpm.
