Advice on disassembling mill

I attempted using a refrigerator hand truck to move the base and column. I had the mill stripped down to the just the base and the column. I strapped it fast and tried to move it, and nope not enough lead in my pencil to move it by myself safely. If you go that route you may need help.
 
I like the sled. I would have to have gone out to get yet another piece of equipment for doing it that way so I thought of a different way today. I strapped the head to an old dolly and then attached a winch to the dolly, which I attached to the engine hoist. Then I brought the head to the edge of the driveway and lowered it down below where my walk-in basement door is. Every obstacle that could have happened did but the head is now in my basement, where it will stay for a millennia or more.
